Okay class, Dawn here.
By now, you guys should know about the PE grade thing thing right?
I'm here to tell you guys about it, and then to collect the information from you guys, so that you guys can get your PE grades.

Information:

1. This is basically the Healthy Lifestyle Component, which consists of 20% of your PE assessment, among other components.

2. CCA activities are not considered, so sorry to House Exco and SC peeps! Sadly enough.

3. If you are exempted from NAPFA, which is actually 30% of your PE Assessment) for medical reasons, you will need to participate in at least 8 health-related activities to earn your 50%. (Haha too bad to Jianing, Grace and Yi Ling. XD)
The rest of us is just 4 right, if I'm not wrong. XD

Now, I'll tell you all about this particular component and how to earn your 20%, or 50% for the exempted 3! -.-

1. Any health-related activities you take part in from March 2009 - Mid-September 2009 may be counted.

2. Last day of submission is 16 September 2009.

--> Therefore, if you don't know if your activities are counted or not, just let me know first, so that I can write it down, then I'll check with Mr. Lee and let you guys know at the end.
AND, any information submitted to me AFTER I submit the paper to Mr. Lee, not counted. Go see him yourself.

3. You all will get to verify everything in September 2009, so don't worry. Can go check and see if all your activities you will be telling me are all there.

Now I'll tell you some of the possible health-related activities. The list is obviously not exhaustive.

1. Can be both within and outside of College.

(a) Within

- Inter-class games, like the badminton one coming up.
- Sports Carnival NY Run 2009
- Service-Learning activities (COME ON MAN. Let's do this for our SL. Haha. Just a suggestion. -.- )
- Green activities
- Safety committee activities.
- etc.

(b) Outside

- All listed in the paper already over liao ... so ... you all must go research yourself. :)
